Of Course

See, this is what you get when you buy tickets in April for an outdoor concert tonight.

Ben Harper, let's get your act together and get this thing moved to Roseland or Hammerstein, where they have cool things...like a roof.

According to Pollstar, both are open...

so, has anyone from Ben Harper's camp replied regarding this post yet?

Shockingly not. My people call that "chutzpah".

Dear Mr. Shafrir,

I apologize for the lack of foresight on the part of my U.S. tour planning crew. We were hoping to give the concertgoer the ultimate experience in Central Park, while at the same time allowing them to "burn one down" in the gentle evening sun. Unfortunately, we didn't realize that New York always has shit weather, most of us being from California and all. Hopefully we can accomodate your needs next time, but until that moment comes...All the will!

OMG, Ben Harper like totally visited my blog! Wicked!

Actually, Ben, when did you start working for Safeco Insurance?

Alright, Sug, you blew my cover. I knew you could figure out who it was, but I'm sure that everyone else reading your blog thought that it was actually Ben Harper responding to your post. Just having a little fun.

How was the show???

Hi Joel, this is BEEENNNN HARPER.

Remember that used to be one of Lurie's favorite prank calls?

Show was good, fun. Not an incredible set (too much new stuff), but Ben is all good.
